I am beyond thrilled to be joining the Hillel 818 staff as the Manager of Student Engagement. Originally from Orange County and having lived most recently in Santa Barbara, I’m excited to call the LA Valley my new home. I spent the past year working as the IACT Israel Engagement Associate at Santa Barbara Hillel, connecting with students through coffee conversations, programming, and immersive experiences, namely Birthright Israel. I am looking forward to bringing this experience to Hillel 818 to create innovative, inclusive programs that matter to students and to help them discover their connections with Judaism. Now more than ever, in this unique and challenging time we find ourselves in, we are all searching for community and connection. I am so honored and grateful to be part of the team effort to expand and elevate the sparkling Jewish community that is Hillel 818.
