The RSJ zClub is not only a space for Russian-speaking Jewish students to meet and discuss their shared culture, experiences, and history, but also a space for all Hillel 818 students to learn about the distinct Jewish community from the former soviet countries. The RSJ zClub will have events focused on Russian-Jewish culture, food, and history, as well as the Russian language. I am excited to plan a semester full of RSJ events and spread greater awareness of the several Jewish communities from the former Soviet Union.
